Co-founder Sid T. Pascua is a multimedia practitioner that has built his career in graphic designs, video editing, writing, and directing with the top TV local TV networks. After which, he decided to go freelance where he enhanced his skills in directing and eventually producing different types of content. His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach every project from both a creative and technical perspective.
Meanwhile, JM Nebres started as a production assistant and steadily advanced through the industry as an executive producer, assistant director, and eventually a director. Being able to learn and grow under the biggest networks allowed him to flourish. His extensive production expertise and leadership have been instrumental in delivering projects efficiently and successfully.
Their paths crossed with one project which led to many successful ones because of their chemistry and attitude towards work. Over the years, they built not only a strong professional relationship but also a shared philosophy on how productions should be managed.
In 2025, they transformed that vision into reality by establishing Hotbox Media Production Inc. — a company dedicated to producing outstanding creative work while fostering a workplace where both seasoned professionals and emerging talents are valued, respected, and empowered.
